Completed in 2001, the new 68000 sq ft Sultans Production facility in Samsun, northern Turkey has the capacity and capabilities to produce a wide range of confectionery products. BRC accredited and fully compliant with all hygiene requirements and standards worldwide.

The enrober covers a range of products in plain or smooth milk chocolate specially sourced from Belgium.

Cooking Pots

Cooking pots

6 cooking pots are used to cook up the ingredients using the Family recipes before being deposited into moulds. This is a special process that takes many years to master.

Packing

Packing and packaging

The main packing hall is operated by trained personnel ensuring quality checks and efficiencies. Products are film wrapped, boxed and shrink wrapped onsite automatically and by hand.
